I rented one of the apartments for a year and a few months, and the staff's service was always top-notch. I have absolutely no complaints about the entire time I was there; they were always attentive to any issues and very helpful whenever needed. My only suggestion would be to show the water and electricity bills to the tenant.

We're entering our third year, and the experience couldn't be better. The service is impeccable, hard to beat. From our initial visit to the facilities until today, I can only say that we are delighted and hope to enjoy "our" office for many years to come. We can't thank you enough, Ignacio.

Spectacular apartments of unbeatable quality, and even better service from CONSUR. During the four years I've lived in their apartments, I've truly felt at home. Many thanks to Ignacio and the rest of the team for everything. I hope we see you again soon. A hug.

I lived in their apartment for a year and I absolutely do not recommend it. To begin with, the apartments are extremely cold; the materials leave much to be desired, and furthermore, the staff's treatment was never the best. We were never shown receipts for the electricity or water bills. We were not informed that there was no internet connection and we had to use a router for a year because fiber optic internet wasn't available. Their insurance doesn't cover appliances that came with the apartment, and we were charged for a ceramic hob repair for which we never saw an invoice. Very unprofessional overall.

Cold and even rude treatment. We never received utility bills; we had to rely on what they charged us along with the rent, justifying it by saying it was a shared meter. Our ceramic hob (which was already in the apartment) was accidentally broken, and we had to pay for it, with them claiming it was a matter for the contents, even though several insurance companies told us it was the building itself. We didn't even receive an invoice for the cost of the hob; they just deducted a portion from our deposit, and that was it. It's not just the problems, but the way they treated us—everything was very cold and rude. I think that for what we paid for a damp apartment (to the point that our furniture was peeling), poorly insulated, and with internet that they told us would be available soon before we moved in, but we spent a whole year using a 4G router and working remotely with a bad connection, the least they could have done was treat us better. I don't recommend it.
