2 years agoThe storage units are very nice, reasonably priced, clean, and very new. The location is perfect, especially if you want to load and unload large equipment. You can access your van right up to the front door without disturbing anyone or anything. We brought in kitchen equipment, and loading and unloading was a huge advantage. Communication with the salesperson was also attentive and responsive to any questions I had when I first started renting it. From one day to the next, I had a storage unit. No worries. I definitely recommend it 100%.

2 years agoThe storage units are great. They come in different sizes and prices, but you get plenty of space for a reasonable price. The service has been excellent throughout. They're always available and respond quickly if you need anything. I highly recommend them. They're also well-connected.

6 months agoI couldn't even see them because the person who helped me couldn't give me directions to the storage room entrance. I was like a spinning top, waiting for five minutes to be told where to go, and in the end, a neighbor from the building had to direct me. With that level of service, I can't imagine what the rest of the service is like. And it's not cheap at all.

a year agoOn December 6th, we went to pick up the boxes of Christmas decorations. It was actually the third time we'd gone, and twice the access code hadn't worked. Once home, when we opened the boxes, we saw they were badly damaged, many of our decorations were broken and eaten, and to our horror and nightmare, we found six newborn rats inside. To this day, more than a month later, and despite our repeated calls, not only have we received no response from the insurance company, but they've had the nerve to charge us for both months. We also understand that the rats must still be inside, which makes us feel terrible. The day we went, we saw neighbors taking food out of their storage unit. This place and its complete lack of interest in resolving this terrible situation is a total disgrace.
