If you're looking for a reputable moving company, this isn't it. Lost boxes, damaged furniture for which they won't pay for repairs, overpayments they won't refund... And it's not even cheap. We're about to file a complaint. I can only recommend that you don't hire them under any circumstances. Don't make the same mistake.
If you want a reliable moving company, look elsewhere. They moved us from Madrid to Zaragoza in July, and a chair and a desk arrived damaged, with a total cost of €300. After sending photos, emails, and making calls, we're still waiting. We decided to report their practices to prevent future customers from experiencing the same problems. Find another company.
Probably the worst moving service you'll ever find: very responsive until the bill is paid, but completely absent in after-sales service. Lame excuses like "not enough staff," "the person in charge of the move is on leave," "it will be sorted out very soon," and months go by and we're still waiting. Abigail was a good salesperson until we paid, and then nothing more. Forget about broken or damaged items; this company doesn't care. I'm writing this review almost three months after the move; if the problem is ever resolved, I'll delete it.
It's incomprehensible that one team disassembles your furniture and another, with no knowledge of how it was assembled, reassembles it. It's also incomprehensible that they tell you they're in charge of processing city permits, but they don't. And when you start examining your belongings, scratches appear. All at a rather high price. The guys, though, are fantastic. They're the only positive thing.
DO NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT THE COMMON AREAS AND STREET OF YOUR NEW/OLD HOUSE LEFT FULL OF BOXES AND TRASH. THERE'S A THING CALLED A CLEANING POINT, WHERE YOU CAN DROP FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, SOFAS... IN GOOD WAY. What kind of moving company leaves trash on the city streets? Full of stuff, when they know it's punishable by fines, unprofessional, and polluting the street. The workers didn't care; they said their job was to leave boxes of furniture and moving supplies wherever the tenant told them to. I doubt the person who requested this service knows they're leaving unwanted things in the trash without taking them to a recycling center... and not leaving the community's common areas and the street littered with cardboard boxes with their company logo and everything dirty... not just the boxes, but things the tenant didn't want, like a sofa and chairs, leaving them in the middle of the street... Not serious about polluting the environment... And wasting the janitor's work for poor service, both by the company and the workers, by leaving the areas like this. Poor manners, on top of that, you tell them to please never do this, and especially when it's a holiday and the janitor is off... It seems really mean-spirited and a bit rude to me. I already know where not to trust and not to call for service.
