a year agoLogase carried out my move in December 2023. I had my belongings in their storage facility for 10 months and recently moved into my new home. What I can say is that everything was perfect. They were professional and responsible. There were no incidents. Both Gema and the rest of the team were very kind and friendly. I was extremely comfortable with them, considering the stress involved in moving. I recommend them 100%.

Both the furniture pickup and delivery were excellent, very coordinated, and without any problems. For future moves, we already know who to count on!

2 years agoI want to share my experience with LOGASE about a great move I recently had. First and foremost, the moving team was extremely professional and friendly. They were punctual and took care to properly protect my furniture and belongings to prevent any damage during transport. Their skill and experience were evident in the way they handled the most fragile items with caution and care. Overall, their excellent customer service made the entire process much easier and less stressful than I expected.

7 months agoI was fortunate enough to find these great professionals when it came to emptying my house for a complete renovation. Starting with Gema, the salesperson who helped me so kindly months ago, who came to see the house in person, as well as the scope of all the belongings, and then gave me an estimate. They were always very helpful and had a great people-centered approach that instilled a lot of confidence. They prepared, wrapped, and placed everything with great care in just two days. They were very punctual and very professional. Without their help, I wouldn't have been able to clear everything out of the house. I'm very grateful and highly recommended. I updated my review for July 2, 2025. These gentlemen brought the moving goods back to the house in early March, once the renovation was complete. I found broken furniture, and I'm posting photos to prove it and show that they didn't take any care, especially with my family's very delicate antique furniture. They completely ignored the issue, even though their insurance should have covered the repair. The bed leg in the center of the box spring was incorrectly positioned and fell off. Don't trust them and double-check everything.
