The experience with Reva Moving was unbeatable. From the first contact, they demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and great attention to detail. On the day of the move, everything was fast, organized, and they took great care of our belongings. We especially want to highlight Juanma, who was extremely attentive, kind, and hardworking. His experience and dedication were evident every step of the way, always willing to help with a smile and making sure everything was perfect. Thanks to him and his team, the move was much easier and more manageable. We recommend Reva 100%, and if you can, ask for Juanma: a true professional who makes all the difference.
Excellent service from Reva Moving. From the first contact, the service was impeccable, inspiring confidence and professionalism. Great value for money, and most importantly, the peace of mind of knowing your belongings are in good hands. Every move is a story, and in mine, the team took care of every detail as if it were their own. I especially want to highlight the work of Antonio, a true professional, who made the entire process much easier and safer. I will definitely use them again.
Everything is excellent and very well run
The best furniture moving/transport service in Guarda… 100% trustworthy! David is a true professional. He's been doing this for years (about 6 years). Don't hesitate to trust him. Thank you all! Thomas (🇧🇪🇪🇸)
I hired this company after sending them a complete video of my home, which clearly showed everything that needed to be moved: a library of over 5,000 books, bulky furniture, and numerous belongings. From the outset, I was assured that the move would be completed in a single day. However, after booking and paying, that timeframe magically changed to two days without any acceptable explanation. Even so, I gave in, and I also drastically reduced the work myself: I got rid of over 4,000 books (only about 700 remained), disassembled furniture, paintings, curtains, the television, and practically emptied the house. I made everything much easier than what the quote indicated. When I sent the video of the new home, which clearly showed that the entrance had stairs, the owner—Rafael—called me, absolutely furious, speaking to me very rudely and telling me that because of "all those stairs," I would have to pay for an additional mover for the second day. To avoid further arguments, I agreed and paid for the extra worker (€180 + VAT). Well, the next day three workers showed up, and even then they didn't finish until 2 PM, since they had worked until 5 PM the day before. The job could easily have been done with two people and without that additional cost. I feel ripped off because I paid a completely unnecessary surcharge. And to make matters worse, on the first day they only managed to move one mattress to the new house, forcing me to sleep on the floor with my young daughter. The rest of the furniture and belongings were left behind, even though I had drastically reduced the scope of the work. The final result was disastrous: multiple dents, scratches, damage, and broken furniture, photos of which I've attached. I'm not uploading more because I don't have the time to document everything. My experience with this company has been terrible from beginning to end: poor organization, unacceptable treatment from the owner, constant changes to the terms, unjustified surcharges, and a failure to deliver on their promises. Hiring them was a mistake. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Reply to the owner… Rafael, there are 38 steps, not 100. The booking emails state MOVING DAY, which is 1 day. In the end, it was 2 days, and that's because I did almost half the move myself. The movers (who were lovely, to be honest) worked until 5 PM the first day and until 2 PM the second, so their quote WAS POORLY MANAGED. Otherwise, it wouldn't have been possible. End of discussion. Please tell the truth. I don't mind paying for a job I hire; I'm just angry that you misled me. There's no other way to put it, I'm sorry.
