a week agoThis is a great facility and I recommend this location for your storage needs. I worked with Tyler and he did such a good job helping me pick out a spot, was very thorough with my questions and such a great person as well. 5 Stars for this Business. I'd make it 6 if I could.

2 months agoToday my wife and l interfaced with Tyler and Jennifer. We went up to our storage unit to put some Christmas bins away and stopped at the front desk to negotiate a better rate instead of a proposed rate increase. They were both a pleasure to work with and immediately reached out to the owner in an attempt to negotiate on our behalf and keep us as loyal long term customers.

3 months agoI have been a customer for several years at their location in Oviedo and the service is excellent, great rates and clean and safe facility. Tyler is amazing to work with and will make sure you get an excellent experience. I highly recommend them,

4 months agoI had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit from Extra Space storage. I want to recognize Serenela Pelier the Manager, she was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and very patient with me. She went over and above my expectations. The facility is very secure, clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit.
