In April, I moved with this company, GIL STAUFFER, and after four months of countless WhatsApp messages and phone calls, I've only received long, drawn-out excuses, although the manager assured me I shouldn't worry and that they would fix it. There was damage to some furniture, and they cut the headboard of the bed with a box cutter. This is an unreliable company. I paid them in advance before moving, as they told me. This suggests they're guaranteed payment and then aren't responsible for the damage. This behavior is called fraud. 12/08/25 If they're trying to make it seem like they've taken care of the damage, they haven't; they haven't contacted me after more than two years. They're not just scammers, they're liars.

Horrible! Incredibly unprofessional for the amount of money paid. We had to move a piano of 250 kg among other things, and they arrived with two guys and a truck without lift!!! We had to ask for help to friends and neighbours to be able to load the piano. Same story to unload. They even put the piano on the side!! Result: piano damaged in several parts and tiles of the stairs of the house also broken because of the way they were carrying it and dropping it to rest! Incredibly unprofessional for the amount of money paid. We reported the damages, and they told me insurance will cover, but it is already 2 months of this and haven’t heard a word from them, they don’t reply to my mails and I don’t manage to get the right people on the phone! Very frustrating!

I have moved over 8 times over the past 11 years & even more times before and never have I experienced such an unprofessional move with some of the most incompetent movers that I have ever had to deal with. They were sent to do my move here and Valencia, Spain and when they arrived they did not even have the correct address & that is just to start. Due to their incompetence and lack of knowledge in how to do a move, it ended up costing me an additional €700 because ultimately, after taking it out of the old apartment they were unable to move the armoire into the new apartment... And this is after coming to inspect both locations to ensure that they would be able to do it which they said they could. They then REFUSED to do anything more, including to just return it to it’s previous location. They simply took it to their storage area and left it there and for me to figure out what to do. Here are a few quick notes on the quality of the rest of their work: 1) Moving date was pushed back a week due to them not completing tasks needed to start the move. a) I ultimately had to hire an attorney to do their job for them. 2) Forgot to pack clothes in dresser drawers. 3) Forgot to pack items from other rooms including small pieces of furniture. 4) Damage to walls & paint in both apartments. 5) Unable to figure out how to take a door off to move furniture. 6) Placed tape on wall which Caused the paint to be pulled off when trying to remove the tape. There is more but I think you have got the idea. The worst move of my life with the worst Movers ever! Best word to describe them is, incompetent!
