I had a great experience with TransFamily moving company. The owner, Lucas, was excellent to work with and communicated with me through WhatsApp in English, which I really appreciated since I only speak a little Spanish. He was always responsive, clear, and professional. His crew was amazing—very efficient, respectful, and careful with all of our belongings. They packed everything up carefully and handled the move smoothly from start to finish. Nothing was damaged, and the whole process was much less stressful than I expected. I hired three people to help me move and everything was great. The guys were super fast and took care of everything, from transporting what I had already packed to disassembling, packing, and reassembling the furniture. Everything arrived in good condition and they didn't stop until they were finished. Highly recommended.

On November 3rd and 4th, we had a complete move done with them, and we were absolutely delighted with the whole team, their speed, and the care they took in transporting everything. It wasn't an easy move, as it was from a 180-square-meter apartment with all its furniture to a house, and they did an impeccable job. We highly recommend them! If we ever need to move anything, we'll definitely use them again!

A 10/10 professional! The three-person team was impressive. Perfect punctuality (they arrived at 9:00 for the first pickup). They completed a move with two pickup points for various pieces of furniture and boxes in record time: by 1:20 PM, everything was already in place at the new house. The truck couldn't access the destination (it couldn't fit through the front door). Despite this, and the fact that it was a very hot day, they had no choice but to carry our belongings (including large pieces of furniture) by weight up a hill and up a floor with an interior staircase. Zero complaints, utmost courtesy, and exquisite care with everything. Thank you very much, guys, and much success with everything you do. 100% recommended for your efficiency and attitude!
