Terrible service, lack of logistics and oversight. They assume no responsibility for anything. I rented a box in October, which I never used, so in January I decided to cancel my rental. They informed me that I had to download some documents, sign them, and send them requesting cancellation. They also emailed me a photo of the empty, in-optimal condition box. So I proceeded to do what was indicated, and when I arrived at my corresponding storage unit in Delicias, on Calle Andres Vicente, whose box was number 50, I found that my box had a lock, which I had never put on. I reported this to different agents three times, and they told me to break the lock because it was indeed my box and I had rights to it. I didn't want to do this because it seemed like vandalism and secondly because it wasn't my lock. However, I did it the third time to cancel my rental, and I found that my box was being used by someone else. How is this possible? And they tell me that someone else possibly saw the box was unoccupied and used it since it didn't have a lock, basically my fault. And they ask me to move all of the other person's things to another empty box and then send a photo of my empty box. At no point did they tell me it was a mistake on their part, and they confirmed that the box was indeed mine and that it was impossible to have rented my Box 50 to someone else because their system doesn't allow it. However, later, when I was about to reopen the box to move the other person's things to an empty box, they called me and told me not to move the things, to leave them where they were, and that they would cancel my contract. It turns out it was an internal error; they rented the same box to two people. And they wash their hands of it, taking no responsibility for anything. They didn't even apologize or compensate me with the deposit I paid at the beginning of the contract. I paid for a box for three months, which I didn't use (and that's fine), but it was used by someone else who was still paying. Seriously, I don't recommend it. And I wish the person who owns the storage box on Andres Vicente Street could see this. If their lock is broken, it's because of the reasons explained above.
