If you don't want to have the worst experience of your life, like I did, I recommend that you don't store your valuables here. I was scammed by this company, I lost everything I owned, and now they refuse to take responsibility for my belongings. They lie on the phone, saying I have to speak to a legal department that doesn't exist because they gave me an email address that they never answered after months. They are the worst. They don't know how hard it is to work and earn money, only to have them come and take away what you've worked so hard for. Companies like this shouldn't exist; they're only out to scam people.

My card was stolen and they were not able to give me back the deposit when I freed the storage. I've got to go IN PERSON to an office (their offices are bad located) just to retrieve the cash. Also, the front door of the storage room was difficult to open from inside. Got fixed later. Apart from that, the storage room was good and well located. The customer service not very good - you have to call multiple times if you need something, even though they have a whatsapp. Probably the biggest storage room service of the city with several options.
