7 months agoIt was wonderful. It was my first time using this type of service, and although I wasn't entirely sure about it, it was all very simple and rewarding. A young man (I think his name was Sergio) helped me and explained everything clearly, making it as easy and convenient as possible, and he was very friendly and courteous.

The whole process is simple and very well thought out. Furthermore, the customer service makes all the difference: I was assisted by a sales representative, I believe his name was Sergio, who was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and it was clear he knew the service inside and out. Without a doubt, a highly recommended option if you're looking for a practical, modern storage unit with impeccable service.

Everything was easy from the start: great location, convenient access, and the center is very well maintained. I especially appreciated the peace of mind it offered; you know your belongings are safe and sound. Plus, the service was friendly and personal, not at all cold or impersonal. A really great option, honestly.

a month agoTengo un trastero en Guardatodo Doctor Iranzo y la verdad es que todo muy bien. El sitio está limpio, es cómodo para acceder y transmite seguridad. El personal fue muy amable y me explicaron todo claro desde el principio. No he tenido ningún problema y eso se agradece. Lo recomiendo sin duda si necesitas espacio extra y quieres algo que funcione sin líos.

3 years agoMy card was stolen and they were not able to give me back the deposit when I freed the storage. I've got to go IN PERSON to an office (their offices are bad located) just to retrieve the cash. Also, the front door of the storage room was difficult to open from inside. Got fixed later. Apart from that, the storage room was good and well located. The customer service not very good - you have to call multiple times if you need something, even though they have a whatsapp. Probably the biggest storage room service of the city with several options.

2 months agoIf you don't want to have the worst experience of your life, like I did, I recommend that you don't store your valuables here. I was scammed by this company, I lost everything I owned, and now they refuse to take responsibility for my belongings. They lie on the phone, saying I have to speak to a legal department that doesn't exist because they gave me an email address that they never answered after months. They are the worst. They don't know how hard it is to work and earn money, only to have them come and take away what you've worked so hard for. Companies like this shouldn't exist; they're only out to scam people.

2 months agoI'm leaving this message so people don't fall for this scam. I was scammed by this company; they kept everything I had stored in my storage unit and refuse to return it. This company is a scam; don't store your things here. They lie on the phone; they're liars. Companies like this shouldn't exist; they're a disgrace.

2 months agoHello, I want to leave this message so that no one else falls for the scam that this company is. They answer comments with lies. This company keeps people's belongings. They are liars. They scam people and then say they haven't done anything. If you don't want to be scammed by this company, don't store your things here. I repeat, don't fall for this scam or you will regret it, just like I regret using this company that exists only to scam people. And no matter what they answer, don't believe it because scammers and liars will never tell the truth. I say this because I was scammed by them and lost all my belongings, deposit, and everything. I've paid for a long time. I want justice for these criminals. Don't fall for this scam.
