They haven't notified anyone or sent emails to let me know, and I came today to pick up materials to start a project and put up a sign saying they're going on vacation from today, the 18th, until August 28th, and they haven't even bothered to let me know they're closing. Pathetic.

The website's opening hours don't match reality. You might go there and find the storage unit closed. We rented a van for a move, checked the opening hours, and when we arrived to load our belongings, we were surprised to find it was already closed.

My experience here has been quite bad, apart from the reception staff who are quite friendly and helpful. In October/November there was a storm and my storage unit flooded, damaging quite a few things. After trying to get through to the insurance company, the adjuster called me one day and assessed the damage for only 100 euros... Then in February, when I saw I hadn't received the money, I called Mapfre and they told me the payment had been made on the 4th. I had to make countless calls to finally get those 100 euros because the manager, or whoever it is, clearly couldn't handle it... If I hadn't been so persistent and persistent, I'd still be waiting for the payment today, March 8th... four months later.
