I rented a storage unit from them expecting a professional and secure service, but my experience was very disappointing. Over a year ago, my storage unit was burglarized, and since then, it has been impossible to get them to handle the situation properly. I first contacted them by phone, and they told me to send an email because they "couldn't find what had happened." In that email, I clearly explained the events and attached relevant conversations and documentation (such as the lock change, access without my code, and the expert report). Despite this, after several attempts, I never received a clear answer or a real resolution to the case from the center. When they finally responded in writing after I persisted, they sent me a resolution classifying the incident as "theft without force" and decided to close the case and refuse to assume responsibility or provide compensation, claiming it wasn't their responsibility. This was especially frustrating because the expert report and the events I described don't match that assessment, and they didn't give me any useful explanations or try to manage the insurance claim properly. My last email requesting a more detailed explanation and a firm stance on whether I'm entitled to compensation went unanswered. The lack of communication, the poor handling of the problem, and the "washing their hands" attitude have been very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this storage facility if you need serious support, responsiveness to issues, and responsible customer service.

From the start, it was a bad experience. Yesterday we requested a quote from Beatriz, and she gave us one that interested us. We waited until the next day for confirmation of availability, and then Pilar called us later claiming that her colleague had made a mistake and that the discount was no longer available. There's a huge sign advertising the first month free, which is a lie. They tell you that the offer is no longer available, but the sign is still there and they don't take it down. A terrible experience; I don't recommend them, and these practices should be reported.
