a year agoEsta semana he hecho una mudanza y el resultado ha sido muy bueno. Primero la comunicación con Ana ha sido extraordinaria. El día de la mudanza, los 2 chicos que vinieron lo hicieron muy bien, teniendo mucho cuidado con los muebles y las cajas que había que trasladar. Cuando tenga que hacer otra mudanza, los volveré a llamar. Muchas gracias por todo.

a year agoIt was a rather complicated move, with disassembly and reassembly of large, classic furniture that the team that came to San Vicente handled professionally and efficiently. They didn't leave until everything was assembled, and they were incredibly helpful. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

2 years agoThey were very professional, providing me with all the necessary information before I hired them. During the service, they arrived on time, and when we had to extend the contracted hours due to an error beyond our control, there were no problems doing so. The two technicians who came to operate the platform were very polite and professional. If I need a service like this again, I won't hesitate to hire them again.

3 years agoI hired them to empty a house and divide the contents between two addresses. They promised three days of work, and each time they arrived, the team never seemed to have a clear plan. On the second trip, they kept us waiting for five hours to move furniture and boxes. Some items wouldn't fit because they couldn't handle any more pushing and shoving. Finally, they had to bring a lift. No one had even visited the delivery address to assess the situation. An extra €270, and it was sorted out in five minutes. On the third delivery, they brought three brand-new appliances that I assume they won't repair. They take on more work than they can handle. In short, everything is poorly distributed, and they expect the team to have lunch or dinner. Never again. The salesman, Andrés, offered no explanations, just a lot of apologies, and in the end, we were left furious. Of course, they got paid, and that's that. If you can, find another company in Alicante.
